Integrations/Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram Ads client reports, with the creatives included

Connect a client’s Meta ad account and LedgeSpace turns it into a white-label report: spend, reach, results, your three biggest campaigns, and the three ads with the best click-through rate shown with their thumbnails. This page lists what it reads, how to connect, and one limit worth knowing about before you promise anything to a lead-generation client.

Best for: Agencies running Facebook and Instagram ads, especially for e-commerce clients that sell online.

Campaign breakdowns in the report

Top 3 campaigns by spend

Shows where the budget went, with impressions and clicks for each campaign.

Top 3 ad creatives by CTR

Shows the three ads with the highest click-through rate, each with its thumbnail, so clients can see what is working instead of reading an ad ID.

How to connect it

  1. 1In LedgeSpace, open Integrations, choose Advertising, then Meta Ads, and sign in with the Facebook account that has access to the client’s ad account.
  2. 2Approve read access to ad performance.
  3. 3Make sure each client is set up with their own ad account ID, so each report only ever shows that client’s numbers.

Things to know before you rely on it

Conversions means purchases

LedgeSpace counts purchase events (the standard purchase action and the Meta Pixel purchase event) as conversions. Other results, such as leads, are not counted as conversions in the report today. For lead-generation clients, the spend, reach, click and creative sections are all useful, but the conversion line will not show leads.

Top three, not a full ad-set breakdown

The report shows account totals, the top three campaigns by spend and the top three ads by CTR. It is built for client-facing summaries, not for ad-set-level optimisation.

Restricted or disabled ad accounts

If Meta has restricted or disabled an ad account, LedgeSpace tells you so rather than showing zeros. The account standing has to be fixed in Meta Business Manager.

Expired authorisation

If the sign-in expires or loses permissions, the integration turns red and you reconnect it from the Integrations tab. Data refreshes every few hours in the meantime.

Your brand, not ours

Every Meta Ads report goes out with your logo and colours, on your schedule. Plans start at $39/mo billed annually, and every plan includes white-label and all integrations.

Common questions

What Meta Ads data does LedgeSpace pull for a client report?

Spend, reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, purchases, purchase value, cost per purchase and ROAS at account level, plus the top three campaigns by spend and the top three ads by CTR with thumbnails.

Does it work for Instagram ads too?

Instagram ads that you run through Meta Ads Manager sit in the same ad account, so they are included in the account totals. Organic Instagram is a separate integration.

Will it count leads as conversions?

Not today. Conversions in the Meta report are purchase events. If a client runs lead campaigns, the other metrics still appear, but leads are not shown as a conversion count.

Does LedgeSpace change anything in the client’s ad account?

No. It only reads performance data.

Can I see the ad creatives in the report?

Yes. The three ads with the best CTR are shown with their thumbnails, so a client can see which creative is performing.

What if the client runs ads in a different currency?

LedgeSpace reads the ad account’s own currency, so a euro account is not mixed with a dollar one.

How many clients can I connect?

That depends on your plan: 5 on Starter, 20 on Agency and unlimited on Agency Pro. Every plan has the same features and integrations.
