1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — so the website works correctly on your next visit.
2. How LedgeSpace Uses Cookies
LedgeSpace uses cookies in two categories only: strictly necessary cookies and analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the LedgeSpace platform to function. They cannot be disabled. Without them, core features such as logging in, maintaining your session, and accessing your dashboard would not work.

4. Functional Cookies
We do not currently use functional cookies.
5. Analytics Cookies
LedgeSpace uses minimal analytics to understand how visitors use the website — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where they come from. This helps us improve the product and the website. We use Google Analytics for this, and only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

6. What We Do Not Use
LedgeSpace does not use any of the following:
- ❌ Google advertising cookies. Google Analytics is used only if you accept analytics cookies.
- ❌ Facebook Pixel or Meta tracking cookies.
- ❌ LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- ❌ Retargeting or remarketing cookies of any kind.
- ❌ Advertising network cookies.
- ❌ Third-party session recording tools such as Hotjar or FullStory that record keystrokes or mouse movements.
- ❌ Any cookie that shares your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
7. Third-Party Services
LedgeSpace integrates with the following third-party services that may set their own cookies when you use their features. Each service is linked to their own cookie or privacy policy.
- Creem — Our checkout is hosted by Creem, our payment provider. Creem may set cookies related to fraud prevention and payment security.
- Google Analytics — Used for website analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies. Google Privacy Policy.
8. Managing Your Cookies

Please be aware that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your LedgeSpace account and using core platform features.
9. Cookie Banner
When you first visit ledgespace.com a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen. It informs you that we use strictly necessary cookies and gives you the option to accept or decline analytics cookies. Your preference is saved for 365 days. You can change your preference at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer, by clearing your browser cookies, or by contacting us at hello@ledgespace.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without clear notice.
