1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the services provided by Ledgespace ("Platform"), you universally agree to be completely bound by these conditions.
2. Account Responsibilities
You maintain sole responsibility for ensuring your login credentials remain secure. You assert that billing details are accurate and that you are an authorized representative of the agency utilizing the application limits.
3. Subscription & Billing
All plans act universally as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annually). Payments route explicitly via our Merchant of Record, Polar. Non-payment generates an initial automatic 7-day grace period. Following this period, accounts suspend sending functionality immediately without destructive deletion limits.
4. Data You Connect
You retain full ownership of all data imported from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. LedgeSpace requests OAuth read-only access solely to fetch performance metrics for the purpose of generating client reports on your behalf.
LedgeSpace's use of data received from Google APIs strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access only the minimum data necessary to generate your reports. We do not use this data for any secondary purpose, do not transfer it to third parties, and do not use it for advertising or remarketing of any kind.

5. Acceptable Use
Each subscription supports one single unique agency holding bounds. Utilizing accounts to distribute explicit span, malware configurations, or reselling physical platform seats strictly breaches acceptable tolerances executing immediate zero-refund termination rights.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain full exclusive control encompassing our interface assets, rendering logics, PDF layout bounds, and software routing frameworks completely. Alternatively, agencies completely own the generated visual PDF exports outputted successfully encapsulating their own client metrics directly.
7. Report Archive on Cancellation
Subscribers terminating status limits enter an explicit 30-day export window allowing complete extraction bounds. Following completion, systems invoke deletion actions universally wiping physical properties completely preventing potential leakage limits.
8. Limitation of Liability
Complex integration delays generated directly due to Meta API changes or GA4 outages reside strictly beyond our engineering control. Maximum cumulative liability strictly caps at boundaries reflecting one immediate month's preceding subscription toll exclusively.
9. Indemnification
You agree absolutely to indemnify Ledgespace, its owners, and operators unconditionally from any legal fallout caused natively by misuse executed inside bounds generated strictly from illicit usage arrays physically spanning outside stated limits entirely.
10. Changes and Governing Law
Substantial updates trigger direct 30-day notice via your registered administrator email. These conditions effectively operate governed expressly by the laws established reflecting Karnataka, India jurisdiction bindings entirely.
