Google Ads client reports, built for you and sent under your brand
Connect a client’s Google Ads account once, and LedgeSpace pulls their spend, clicks, conversions and best campaigns into a white-label report that goes out on your schedule. This page lists exactly what it reads, how it connects, and where the limits are, so you know what your clients will see before you set it up.
Best for: PPC and full-service agencies that report on Google Ads for several clients every month.

How to connect it
- 1In LedgeSpace, open Integrations, choose Advertising, then Google Ads, and sign in with the Google account that has access to the ad accounts.
- 2Approve read access. LedgeSpace reads campaign data and does not change your campaigns, budgets or bids.
- 3Map each client to their own Google Ads account, so each report only ever shows that client’s numbers.
- 4If you work through a manager (MCC) account, map the client’s own account, not the manager account itself.
Things to know before you rely on it
Manager accounts can’t be synced directly
A Google Ads manager account holds other accounts and has no metrics of its own. LedgeSpace asks you to pick a specific client account instead.
ROAS uses “all conversions” value
ROAS is calculated from Google’s all-conversions value divided by spend. “All conversions” can include actions that the main Conversions column leaves out, so the figure may be higher than conversion value divided by cost in the Google Ads screen. If a client compares the two, this is the reason.
Account-level and top-campaign view
The report shows account totals and the top five campaigns by spend and by conversions. It is a summary for clients, not a replacement for the full Google Ads interface when you are optimising keywords or ad groups.
Data refreshes a few times a day
Google Ads is one of the faster-refreshing integrations, updating every few hours rather than live. If a connection breaks, the integration turns red and you reconnect it from the Integrations tab.
Your brand, not ours
Every Google Ads report goes out with your logo and colours, on your schedule. Plans start at $39/mo billed annually, and every plan includes white-label and all integrations.
See pricingCommon questions
What Google Ads data does LedgeSpace pull for a client report?
Spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, average CPC, conversions, conversion rate, cost per conversion, conversion value and ROAS at account level, plus the top five campaigns by spend and the top five by conversions.
Can I connect every client’s Google Ads account?
Yes. You map each client to their own Google Ads account, and each client’s report only contains that account’s data. How many clients you can add depends on your plan: 5 on Starter, 20 on Agency, unlimited on Agency Pro.
Does LedgeSpace change anything in the client’s Google Ads account?
No. It only reads performance data through the Google Ads API.
Does it work with an MCC (manager) account?
You can work through a manager account to reach client accounts, but each client must be mapped to their individual account. A manager account on its own cannot be synced.
Why is the ROAS different from what I see inside Google Ads?
LedgeSpace divides Google’s all-conversions value by spend. The Google Ads screen may use a different conversion column, so the two numbers can differ when a client tracks secondary conversion actions.
How often does the data refresh?
Every few hours in the background. You do not need to sync manually.
Can I show Google Ads next to the client’s other channels?
Yes. A client report can combine Google Ads with Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console and the other connected platforms, all under your own branding.
