Core Platform Limits
The commercial model includes white-labeling, pulse tracking, automated scheduling, and custom SMTP across all tiers.
- Starter: $49 / mo (Up to 5 Clients)
- Agency: $149 / mo (Up to 20 Clients)
- Agency Pro: $249 / mo (Unlimited Clients)
Important: Annual plans include a 20% discount. Unpaid Tier: Accounts with no active subscription are hardcoded to a fallback limit of 3 clients.
How AI Quotas Work
Chat tokens (input/output) and computational reasoning costs are dynamically deducted from your agency's monthly "Insights Bucket."
- Free Trial: $0 for 20 Insights (One-time)
- RUSHA Starter: $26 / mo for 225 Insights
- RUSHA Agency: $46 / mo for 600 Insights
- RUSHA Pro: $99 / mo for 1,500 Insights
"Insights" and "insight credits" are the same thing — one word for the same quota, used consistently everywhere in the product.
What Actually Consumes an Insight
Each of these deducts 1 insight from your balance:
- Asking RUSHA a question in chat (a full turn — planning, reasoning, and the client-voice rewrite together count as one insight, not one per model call).
- Generating (or regenerating) an executive summary for a report.
- Approving a draft anomaly or correlation notification in the Insights Feed (see below) — the AI work to generate the draft doesn't cost you anything; the cost is charged only when you approve it into something that reaches the client. A run of the automated background scan that finds nothing, or a draft you dismiss, never costs an insight.
- A failed/fallback response (e.g. RUSHA can't produce a verified answer and returns a graceful "not enough data" message) is not charged — you only pay for a real, verified insight.
Deduction Order
When any of the above happens, LedgeSpace draws from your buckets in this order, using whichever has room first:
- Monthly allowance (
rushaInsightsIncludedfor your plan tier) - Free trial balance (if you're still within your one-time 20-insight trial)
- Purchased top-up balance
If none of the three have enough remaining, the action is blocked with an "insight limit reached" message — nothing partial is deducted.
Monthly Reset
Your used-insight counter resets to 0 automatically at the start of each new billing cycle, driven by your subscription's actual renewal event — not by any other account activity, so changing a payment method or switching plans mid-cycle never accidentally refills your quota early.
How to Purchase AI Top-Ups
If you hit your AI limit before your billing cycle renews, AI access is restricted. Agencies requiring greater scale can purchase mid-cycle Top-Up Blocks. These are sold in increments of 50 or 120 insights, and never expire or reset with your billing cycle — they only get consumed once your monthly allowance and trial balance are both exhausted.
